Rare 19thc. Staffordshire Moneybox titled A Present from Scarborough in gold scripts. It depicts a 3 storey gabled house with 2 doorways. There are two windows on ground floor, two on the first and a dormer window. Two chimney stacks. Pugh has observed that it could represent a building in Scarborough. I have had a similarly titled staffordshire figure of two swans with the same title. On reverse is a slot for money.
